But you can create your Paypal account after you're notified of payment. 

These surveys close within 1-2 days so don't wait around when you see one.  The dough appears ~7-10 days after you do the survey. 

HINT: When the survey is full, the main page will state that it's full (and there won't be a "click here to start" link). If the link is still present but you get a "Our Apologies" page after the 2nd or 3rd question, it means you did not fit their desired demographic. Better luck next time!

Vividence conducts website testing and surveys.  You test out websites via their custom browser and they send you Amazon gift certificates. A typical test takes about 30-45 minutes of your time.  Only problem is that the tests are not regular - after you join, it can be anywhere from 2 days to a few months before being asked to participate. When you get an email asking you to particiapte, be sure to respond quickly as the tests fill up quickly.

TIP: To increase the chances of being chosen, remember that most companies want average people to test their sites. Intermediate everything works well - no need to tell them you have a PhD in Rocket Science or that you're an "Internet Expert". ;)
